The PayeeInfo is missing the property ProductCategory. Although not mentioned in the Payment Order request example, it is included in numerous other places in the documentation (see e.g. the PayeeInfo spec here and another payment order example here.

The ProductCategory is included in reports from the merchant portal later, and our reports all have that field empty at the moment.
