I use the adapter for my TV. Unfortunately, it only updates when I start the mobile app. The update interval in the adapter is set to 10 seconds.

What is the reason for this?

same here.
Just smartthings.0.28df1303-e3c2-0b43-bbf0-ba6eea3090ee.status.switch.switch.valueis working fine all the time
