Hello, I am attempting to calculate the kmer profile of a dodecaploid genome that is 12x in ploidy. I have tried using GenomeScope and GenomeScope version 2, but I was only able to obtain results up to hexaploid using GenomeScope version 2. Could you please advise me on calculating the kmer profile for a 12x ploidy genome?
