Der Dateinamen sollte bei Download in jedem Fall erhalten bleiben.

Der Bug wurde von einem Nutzer übermittelt und muss überprüft werden.

As described here Chrome derives the filename from the URL and it's not possible to change that.

So you can either have the correct filename or open the pdf in browser.
