I sometimes forget to replace this.

This should be a new workflow that runs during CI, which can group this and other template-related chore checks.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Additional context

The simplest of text searches is okay here, I just don't have experience with how to do that in Linux.

Some checks that are currently implemented as Rust tests will likely become superfluous from this.
The ones that make sure the version number is updated should stay, though.
