You also will move to a more operational phase of the project after launch. This phase suggests that we put analytics and error monitoring in place. Implement a service like Mixpanel, Keen or some other like service to track individual events. You may not use GoogleAnalytics for this task though you are welcome to add in such a service for more data to complement what you are tracking in a more manual fashion.
