Hi,
I really enjoyed reading your paper and I am interested in using your tool on my data. I have bulk derived tcr alpha chain cdr3 sequencing on 40 samples. Unfortunately, I cannot generate single cell tcr sequencing data. Is it possible to use unpaired alpha chain cdr3 data as input?
