Bottom padding on tables

Right now, there's no buffer between tables and the content that follows them, which can look weird in some cases:

Not sure of timelines, but was this marked as low prio before or after we wound up using tables to show inline images? It does look pretty awkward for lone icons to have clean paragraph margins while 2+ icons next to each other have zero.
