Unable to load in server after installing CB Multipart

Hey there, so I was trying to add Translocators & Ender Storage to my FTB Direwolf20 1.21 modded server but whenever CB Multipart is present on the server, I get this weird error message

Is the mod only meant for singleplayer? I really can't figure out this issue. I tried deleting the associated config files and loading the mods one by one but no change...

Without these, I'm able to rejoin no problem

My guess is that CB is incompatible with some other mods in that pack. I just tried doing a fresh server with only CBM, CCL, Translocators and EnderStorage, worked just fine. As soon as I added the rest of the mods, I get the same error

Have you modified your custom-micromaterials.cfg file on the server?

Any changes to this file must also be applied to the client.

Nope, defaults... They were the same client/server side, I checked
