Minecraft [Enigmatica 2] - Crashing on attempted load

Trying to load for the first time, downloaded right off of twitch launcher. Tried uninstalling all instances of both Minecraft and twitch launcher 2x, did not work.

Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderExceptionModCrash: Caught exception from Just Enough Items (jei)

That's JEI not NEI... close enough but no cigar... lol but it also says it's out of memory... how much RAM do you have allocated? BTW I'm not qualified to answer, I just ask cause I've had these issues too with other mods and people asked me these questions.
