Wireless receivers seem to forget

I'll set up some receivers to work with a specific channel. Everything will be set. I'll come back into the game, and they will have stopped working. I'm sending the signal on the right channel. The receivers just aren't doing anything with it. And I have to reset them -- change to another channel, change back -- before they'll work again. But I don't want to have to do this every time I load the game. I want them to just keep working.
