Proposed endpoint: list_all_names

Greetings, and thanks for the API. For my application, I would like the name of all the Masto instances, and I don't need any of the other data that comes in instances/list. If the 10000 count limit is due to not wanting to send so much information, please consider adding something like "list_all_names" that would return just the instance names, with no count limitation.

Actually, there is no 10000 limit, you can set it to 0 to get all instances. I can look into a field filtering option, or separate endpoint, anyway, but I don't think it has a high priority.
