Create a Conan recipe for CMock #492

Conan is one of the most popular package manager for C/C++: https://github.com/conan-io/conan-center-index/
It is to C/C++ what RubyGems/Bundler is to Ruby.

It would be great if a package recipe was created for CMock and then published to Conan centre for consumption by other projects.

I've just created a pull request in order to add CMock (brother of Unity test framework) as new conan recipe: conan-io/conan-center-index#26259
