Following https://github.com/TzuHuanTai/RaspberryPi-WebRTC/blob/main/doc/BUILD_WEBRTC.md, this command fails:

pi@beamtoo:~/src/webrtc-checkout $ fetch --nohooks webrtc
/home/pi/src/depot_tools/vpython3: line 57: /home/pi/src/webrtc-checkout/
/home/pi/src/depot_tools/.cipd_bin/vpython3: No such file or directory
