기능에 대해 간결하게 설명해주세요
파트너드 찾기에 접속시 동아리 목록을 반환하는 API입니다.
파트너드 팀페이지 조회 API입니다.

작업 상세 내용

  • 페이징을 활용해 페이지당 동아리 12개씩 반환하는 API를 구현합니다. (목록 조회)
