Browse Groups only shows immediate child groups, but not all decendents #153

Browse Groups seems to only show the direct subgroups, but not subsubgroups.

I'm guessing this is a bug, since I don't see any other way for to search for users to search for groups deeply nested in other groups?

Maybe not a bug per-se, just not something that's been implemented. I don't have a good sense of when someone might want to use a nested subgroup right now.
