Support for time series data

Add initial support for uncertain time series. This includes a class building on the distribution class but also contains the time steps.
Additionally, meaningful plots are required, for example, similar to this paper: https://doi.org/10.1109/TVCG.2024.3364388

The basic interface is created in the branch time_series.
What still needs to be done before merging to main:

• Implement time series plot (see Visualization of single uncertain time series #30)
• Implement correlation length plot (see Visualization of correlation length for time series #31)
• Check and create example
• Update documentation
