The problem

I mentioned this before, but cannot find the topic back. I have 7 asus routers , 1 router and 6 access points.
One of them never shows up: (192.168.2.3)
But recently I saw something interesting. When HA starts up I see this screen:

But after a while this error is shown:

And then it disappears and it goes back to the previous screen, so basically it keeps alternating between "Initializing" and the error
But look at the error closely, it actually mentions 192.168.2.3 (?), while its initializing 192.168.2.2
