Supplementaries ash still appears despite being disabled in EMI #24

Description: Basically what title states.

Steps for reproduction:

Get any type of log & flint and steel
Place the log and ignite
Log should turn into an ash pile

Additional comments:
The supplementaries-common config had ash_from_fire still enabled. Disabling it fixes this issue
