No link to User querysets?

Some models self-register ? Cant make this a model within User Admin which would enable access to user admin querysets. Then In addition to the send test email one could also send emails to a filtered group from the User Admin queryset. Currently from the SIMPLE MAIlL admin panel you can only create email templates and can only send one test email or preview it. Can be more functional as part of User Admin and enable a SEND to queryset button.
