Songs: Auto-import tags from original to cover

Pretty straight forward, tags being automatically added when creating a cover entry, some originals have a lot of tags and this would make everyone's life more easy

I think auto-import could be useful for lyric tags and content warnings. For example https://vocadb.net/S/149598 is missing the explicit lyrics, epilepsy warning and mature content tag. These are also particularly relevant for #150 (and #1332) .

Generally a great idea, would be useful but the system should not copy paste the tags by itself because there could be many entries or situations were specific tags should not be added because they don't match. But I guess for "covers" it is not so likely since covers are mostly identical to the original besides the vocalist and arranger.
Problematic could be for example tags like "duet" or other singer count tags since they could be different from entry to entry or tags in the section "Animation". For example, if the videos are different.

For situations where tags should not apply to the child entry, (if the tags are to be synced at all times,) perhaps it could also be resolved using a tag votes system; tags that do not belong on the child entry can be marked as inappropriate using negative votes.
