Is there a possibility to prevent rating and adding these song to songlists ? And to have their release/published date in the description field instead of the usual Publish date field ?

because it's ruining the stats fiability

What do you mean by "stats fiability"?

https://vocadb.net/stats
cumulative songs published per day /overall

So the solution is actually ignoring these songs from that chart?

Then I think that's the best way. Shouldn't be too difficult. Can you think of any other tags that should cause the song to be ignored? And is the songs per day report the only thing that needs to be affected?

I still don't understand, why do we need to prevent adding them to songlists?

To keep this database a voice synthesizer database, here we already have 29 songs with this tag, but when we will have more, you can imagine someone making an entire songlist with non synthesizer' songs.

What about songs where that tag does not apply, but they have been added on VocaDB because they are included on a Vocaloid album? For example Talk Back.

sorry for the late answer, in this case, the publish date must be moved from the release date filed to the description field.
even for the whole album : https://vocadb.net/Al/23749

in fact the best way, imo, is just to have custom entries for all the songs except the vocaloid one. i mean it's just a compilation/best of with a new/unreleased song.
you can move the tracklist to the description field (to have duration/ youtube links informations)

and to lock everything to prevent edits wars

like i did here, only one vocaloid song : https://vocadb.net/Al/24107

I think this is something that should be discussed on the website instead of here. Github is mostly for technical discussion, but IMO this could use input from other users too. Maybe they have better ideas how to proceed. Can you make a post there?
