Ho un'idea alternativa (ma sempre non risolutiva): pagina "bulk carico di pc arrivato"
In essa scrivi quanti oggetti di vario tipo ti sono arrivati (pc, schermi, ...), nome batch e owner. E anche la location.

Il tarällo li genera e ti dice "scrivi SUBITO il codice sopra!" e tu attacchi adesivi a manetta
Ogni item ha "finish inventory" come todo

Poi bisogna modificare la peracotta per accettare un codice, opzionalmente, e unire insieme l'item incompleto e quello completo
