Hello dear author, is your paper applicable to the underwater segmentation field? The underwater segmentation field uses SAM, and here is the DOI of the relevant paper: https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2406.06039.

Hi, the effectiveness of our SAM2-UNet has been validated on (underwater) marine animal segmentation (see Table 6 in our paper). Therefore, SAM2-UNet should also be feasible on similar tasks (e.g., underwater salient segmentation).
