Can't search by photographer name or email address in encounter search

Expected behavior
An opensearch Encounter Search (/react/encounter-search) for a photographer's name or photographer's email address displays search results that contain those filters.

Current behavior
In Wildbooks that have moved to opensearch, Encounter Search no longer displays results when a user searchers for a photographer by full name or email address, even when encounters with those fields exist.

Best practice is not to include PPI in write ups, so should be edited to remove user name and email
