donated code did not include build instructions. We need to get that resolved so that we can get dependency updates done and make adjustments as export is modified.

Sign off Requirements:
README.md contains build instructions for:

  • Windows executable (.exe)
  • Mac app download (.dmg)

Current version are available at https://www.wildme.org/addons.html for comparison
