Ubisoft Connect and other launchers not closing the game

Hi, I've been using this app to add my non-steam games to steam but from back about a half year ago something strange happened with Ubisoft connect and the Heroic Games Launcher, when I select in the overlay to close a game the games closed as it should in steam, but now I have only tested in these two launchers but when forcing a game to close from the steam overlay, in desktop mode I have to select close game twice and in gamepad-UI when selecting close game the game doesn't close, and I have to select details screen to select the X icon to close again the game, I have tried various things, from selecting in the INI to not close the launcher to force kill externals, also tried running the app as an administrator and nothing seems to work. The launcher seems to close first than the game and maybe that's why I have to close the game twice, please fix this issue, the only thing I see different with those launchers is that I have set a game URL to launched them, but I also tried not using the URL and is the same, the launcher closes first and is very annoying

I’ll be getting some time for maintenance on OSOL soon so I’ll look into this and see what I can do.
