About The Pull Request
Infectious Laughter and Stinky Fur used to
srcfor the center point of their area of effect, instead ofowner, which meant that they wouldn't actually do anything to anyone. The same goes for the sound effect of Digital Feelings.This PR fixes that.

I also tested Inspiration's celerity effect, but that does actually apply correctly.
Why It's Good For The Game
Clearly intended behaviors weren't occurring due to a simple error, making it so two werewolf gifts didn't do anything to other people. Also it always felt extremely odd that Digital Feelings (the shock ability) didn't have a shock sound effect.
