IndexError in LocalMinimumClustering

There is a fairly rare error in LocalMinimumClustering - see the full trace here. I can reproduce on both OSG worker nodes and the login node with this:

I haven't looked into detail yet what is actually causing the error.

This is Run 23838, Event 429274, but so far I've seen the error in two of the huge Kr83m runs that had to have the zip files resized (I think eventbuilder was run on them again? Not really sure how we did that). Maybe this error is related to that. I'll keep looking to see if it comes up in any other runs, but wanted to start an issue in the meantime.
