Console hard freezes when closing homebrew, requireing a force shutdown. Vanilla Power menu also does not work

Similar issue when closing some titles like Super Mario 3D All-Stars. I'm able to access the power menu when it freezes on a commercial title, though. Development seems dead since it's been 2 months since a change, unfortunately
