[Linux][Steam Deck] Various Button Detections Not Working

Using the stable version of the linux game on steam deck. For my xbox controller and a wii guitar the B button/red fret don't register at all. I have a red octane xbox 360 guitar that is recognized as a device but none of the frets register at all for it. Don't see these issues when using the same devices in other applications so I don't think it's a hardware issue
