Reaper's menus and tooltips open as normal floating windows for whatever reason; as you can imagine, this results in odd behavior whenever one opens. |

Tbh these kinds of problems sound like unfinished/improper port from X11 to Wayland. Because on X11 clients position their own menus I think? |

Reaper is entirely x11, though. I guess it doesn't quite do window hints properly for them since it seems to use its own bespoke toolkit? |
