scan result always returns only the latest commit hash details

For scanning, I am adding the 1st commit hash in the repo.yaml file and the scan is working fine i.e. it is scanning the difference from 1st commit hash to the latest commit hash. But in the result, it is always giving only the latest commit hash details. All other details like file name, Author are correct but the commit hash is same for all the issue it finds and it is latest commit hash.
