Low Prio Cosmetic Issue - (Quest) Daily/repeatable quests shouldn't give XP on repeats but quest template will report so anyway

I have another quest that promises exp - even on repeats - but doesn't actually give exp when turned in: Swords Deck.
My screenshots show the Swords Deck quest; the quest right before I complete it, which includes how much exp I'm going to earn; and then after turning in the quest, you can see my exp bar remains unchanged.
Aristine is level 21 at the time of quest turn-in.

This does not seem to be the case, I have checked it out - quest and the experience is recieved - It's pittance and a hugely limited 500 under a normal 1x rate, but with that said, it does complete and provide experience and all stated rewards.

Think we're going to need to clear the local client cache to correct this between first quest and requests, even if we find a way to dynamically send quest template info with updated XP. Think we'll either need to redefine all repeatable quests as a separate ID from the original or close this issue as won't/can't be fixed as we can't influence the client-side cache after caching
