does this layer support core i9-13900E. if not, what need to be changed?

@BachNgD yes it should support via MACHINE = "intel-skylake-64" or MACHINE = "intel-corei7-64"
since they are least common denominators. If you then look for specific features then its might be better to define a new machine type for e.g. see /conf/machine/intel-corei7-64.conf
