Progress bar during export does not show progress correctly

I had two datasets loaded in Shape-Out, I filtered them and then exported them. I could see in Windows Explorer that the first of the two files was already exported and the second file got created and was growing, yet the progress bar was still at 0%. I expected that it would jump to 50 % once the first file was exported.
