Code Highlighting works in edit, not in display - Help fix it

Hello,

I did several fixes on the Nomadli fork of this CKeditor but I'm facing an issue I don't know how to fix :
When you adding some code, it will highlight it correctly when you are in the text editor but once submitted, it won't display the code highlighted. If anyone knows how to fix this, I can add to my version available at :

I guess we should be able to send the HTML code generated to be saved in DB so it will display correctly (or there is a better way of doing it ?)
