IsFinder (Insertion Site Finder)

IsFinder finds virus insertion site in host genomic DNA from pair end NGS data

From github repository

$ git clone https://github.com/a-slide/IsFinder my_folder/

Archive download

• ZIP archive
• TAR.GZ archive

The program must be made executable using chmod.

$ sudo chmod u+x IsFinder.py

Usage

$ ./IsFinder.py ......

Dependencies:

The programm was developed under Linux Mint 16 "petra" but is compatible with other LINUX debian based distributions.
