Thought it might be fun to include some gamification. This idea will evolve, but right now I'm imagining it like a reward system that unlocks some silly easter egg or customization option (themes?). You can gain or lose points based on some arbitrary metrics I came up with. You unlock stuff based on how many points you have, with rewards on the positive and negative sides of the spectrum.
For a specific example, you could unlock a dark red theme if you had -400pts. If you wanted to unlock a +400 point item, you'd need to earn 800 points.
Some examples of achievements you can earn:
10pts, you were on task for X% of the day!
20pts, you closed 10 tasks today!
5pts, you met USER_DEFINED_GOAL by GOAL_DEADLINE
10pts, 5 day streak
-10pts, working on the weekend

I'd also like to implement "quests", which will allow you to earn "points" in a more gameified way. These might be more random, based on activity within the app, or perhaps more standard (i.e. every day you have 3 of the same ~10 or whatever quests).
