unable to install github action builds #163

Describe the bug
I downloaded multiple recent github actions builds but it says "package appears to be invalid"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Download any github action release
Extract it
Try to install apk

Expected behavior
It should install

Actual behavior
It says "app can't be installed, package appears to be invalid"

Crash logs
If applicable, upload a the text file provided by the app's crash screen.

Device: poco m2 pro
Android version: Android 14, lineage os 21
App Version: 0.1.6 (122)

Additional context
Using app manager to install it says this
