Important - Read Carefully:
This license agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Team Dots for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (the "Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License
This Agreement grants you the following rights:
- Installation and Use: You may install and use a copy of the Software on a single computer for evaluation and review purposes, without any charge. You may not use the Software for any commercial, educational, or any other purpose.
- Copy and Distribution: You may not copy or distribute the Software without the express written consent of Team Dots.
2. Description of Other Rights and Limitations
- Modification and Derivation: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- Separation of Components: The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
- Rental: You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the Software.
3. Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, Team Dots may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
4. Copyright
The Software is owned by Team Dots and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.
5. Limited Warranty
Team Dots expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. The Software and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Team Dots be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Team Dots product, even if Team Dots has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Acknowledgment
By installing and using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between Team Dots and you, which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between Team Dots and you relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
