Publish CRDs as a seperate chart

Hi,

I think it would be very beneficial to publish the crds as a separate helm chart. It would make managing and upgrading this project much easier for cluster operators. This is even a recommendation from the helm project itself and its how the Karpenter project handles managing CRDS.

"There is no support at this time for upgrading or deleting CRDs using Helm. This was an explicit decision after much community discussion due to the danger for unintentional data loss." -Helm

"Karpenter ships with a few Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs). These CRDs are published. As an independent Helm chart karpenter-crd (source) that can be used by Helm to manage the lifecycle of these CRDs." -Karpenter
