I have video-looper running image v2.8 on a raspi 4 connected to a tv. I use a pir to detect motion and turn on the tv and off after a while with no motion.
The use of cec-client takes very long and leads to:
1109 Segmentation fault | cec-client -s -d 1

I tried to switch to
dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d
to enable the use of cec-ctl that does not work with dtoverlay=vc4-fkms-v3d ( /dev/cec0 is missing )
But this does not seeme to work with omxplayer, as I do not see my videos on the tv anymore.

Any advice on this?

BTW: Any news on vlc to replace omxplayer? (even without audio)
