Description
Project can be created without org or site name and cannot be deleted

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install extension
  2. Go to Options
  3. Fill Organization name and Site name fields in "Add manually"
  4. Click on "Add" button
  5. Edit saved project
  6. Clear organization or site name field
  7. Click on "Save" button
  8. Click on "Delete" button near project without organization or site name

Expected behavior
Project without organization or site name can be created but cannot be deleted with Delete button

Acknowledged. It shouldn't be possible to leave org or site empty in the editor.
