We currently have ansible-tower.md in this repository (last updated 5 years ago) from the setup of the original AWX server, and the Ansible AWX wiki page. This should be de-duplicated/consolidated/changed to ensure there is nothing "missing" from the new version, and then remove the out of date documentation.

Updating the title in light of the fact it'll need heavy updates as a result of running under Kubernetes now as per #3339
