About the platform: teachers and contest registrations

Contact people from the cluster to make the registration available to EUTOPIA teachers.

Only teachers should be registered and upload a JSON file with team names and repositories; and be able to create contests (add some closing date option?).

If this is not in the scope of the project, and we are the only ones in charge of updating contests & teams in the platform, we should upload some guidelines to the website to ease the process.
