Issue with SSL Key Log File and Retry Option in http3_server

Hi,

I've encountered an issue where, after configuring http3_server to send a Retry (using --retry), the SSL key log file generated by http3_client can no longer be used to decrypt traffic in Wireshark.

Could this be a bug, or is there any workaround or solution available?
