Problem

Telemetry page don't show error response. This leads to endless waiting on the part of the user.

Error

One of error, which I can see in debug console, but don't see in UI - IPFS timeout:

Solution

Show to user this this error and ask to change gateway to other in the list.

Added error output in notifications when loading files from ipfs.
@positivecrash make it possible to stop downloading and display errors instead.
