[FEATURE] exclude path

Allow users to exclude paths from being scanned with the Release Validator extension. This feature would be helpful for users like me, who prefer to keep certain directories out of the scanning process, especially useful for managing incomplete or fake files in a separate directory with a separate share profile. Now, these paths wont be added to "share" unless the plugin is disabled before rescanning,
