Add ability to reorder hubs in connected hub list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I close a hub that's on top of the list, and on re-connect it's located on the bottom. Seems like Windows Client open window order doesn't control order of windows on web-client.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd love to see draggable list of connected hubs and preserve it's order, for example like using https://www.npmjs.com/package/jquery-ui-sortable-npm

Describe alternatives you've considered
None available. Maybe add pinned favorite hubs which appear on top of the list?
